1. Who can use Qualify

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the App, including any purchases.
• You must give accurate account details and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

2. What Qualify does

Qualify helps you practise for exams using your own study material. You can capture a book page with your camera or upload an image or PDF, choose the number of questions and difficulty, and Qualify uses artificial intelligence (AI) to create a multiple-choice test. You can take timed tests, pause and resume them, and review your score and the correct answers. We may add, change or remove features to improve the App.

3. AI-generated questions

• Questions, options, answers and explanations are created automatically from the material you provide. They may sometimes be incomplete, inaccurate or not match your syllabus.
• Qualify is a practice tool. It is not an official mock test, does not predict exam results and does not replace your teachers, textbooks or official exam material.
• Qualify is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by NTA, UPSC, any school board, or any other body that conducts JEE, NEET, UPSC, CAT, GATE, SAT, GRE or other exams. Exam names are used only to describe what you can prepare for.

4. Your study material

• You keep all rights to the material you upload. You give us permission to store and process it, including with our AI service providers, only to create and show your tests and run the App.
• Upload only material you are allowed to use for your own study, such as your textbooks, notes and class handouts. Respect the copyright of authors and publishers.
• Tests created from your material are for your personal, non-commercial study. Do not sell, publish or distribute them.
• Do not upload content containing personal or sensitive information about others.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload anything unlawful, harmful, obscene, hateful or that infringes someone else's rights;
• use automated tools, scripts or bots, or try to bypass usage limits or extract questions in bulk;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the App or its output;
• interfere with the App's security or try to access other users' accounts or data; or
• use the App for any illegal purpose.

6. Free use and paid plans

• Some features are free and may have limits, for example on the number of tests you can create. Other features need a paid plan. Current prices, limits and what each plan includes are shown in the App before you buy.
• All purchases are made through Google Play billing and are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless shown otherwise and include applicable taxes where required.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel in Google Play. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel a subscription.
• We may change prices or plan features in future. Changes will not affect a period you have already paid for, and Google Play will tell you before a renewal at a new price.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Our intellectual property

The App, including its software, design, logo, the name "Qualify" and all content we provide (other than your material), belongs to Qualify and is protected by law. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App for your own study.

8. Copyright complaints

If you believe content in the App infringes your copyright, email help@vidyahq.com with details of the work and where it appears. We will review it and remove infringing content where appropriate.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and how you can delete your account.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the App will always be available or error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete, and we are not responsible for your exam results or decisions you make based on the App.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qualify is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, marks or opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, misuse the App or if required by law. If we close your account without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid amount.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the App changes. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the App. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. If we cannot, disputes will be subject to the courts of India.
